Last updated: 10 August 2026 · Head Office: New Delhi

Privacy is operational — not optional

Investigation work involves sensitive facts. We apply need-to-know access, secure handling, and never sell client data.

1. Data we collect

  • Identity & contact: name, phone/WhatsApp, city, and messages you send
  • Case data: facts, documents, photos, timelines, and leads you provide
  • Payment data: transaction references (we do not store full card numbers on this website)
  • Technical: basic device/browser info if you use our website (for security and performance)

2. Why we use your data

  1. To assess and run your investigation lawfully
  2. To communicate updates via call or WhatsApp
  3. To prepare reports and evidence packages
  4. To process fees, tokens, and refunds
  5. To defend legal claims or comply with lawful orders

3. How we protect data

  • Need-to-know staffing on each case
  • Secure devices and controlled file sharing
  • No public posting of client identities or case files
  • Anonymized case studies never reveal real client names

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with:

  • Your nominated lawyer or authorised representative
  • Vendors strictly required for the job (e.g., secure courier) under confidentiality
  • Authorities when required by valid legal process

5. WhatsApp & phone

If you contact us on WhatsApp or phone, that conversation becomes part of intake records. Avoid sending highly sensitive IDs in open chat when possible; we can guide safer handoff methods.

6. Retention

  • Active case files: retained during the engagement
  • Closed files: typically kept for a limited period for quality, refund disputes, and legal defence, then securely deleted or archived per internal schedule
  • You may request deletion of marketing/contact notes after case closure, subject to legal retention needs

7. Your choices

  • Ask what data we hold about your intake (reasonable identity verification required)
  • Correct inaccurate contact details
  • Withdraw from marketing messages (service messages for active cases may continue)

8. Children

Our services are for adults / authorised organisational clients. We do not knowingly take instructions from minors.
